Senior Full Stack Engineer (Lead) ? AI Platform & Agentic Systems ?? Noida (Onsite) | ?? Full-Time | ?? Immediate Start ?? Apply: [email protected] About the Role ISIR.AI is building next-generation agentic AI products . We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Lead) who will drive architecture, development, delivery quality, and UI engineering for all our AI products. This role requires strong ownership and the ability to convert product vision into scalable engineering foundations. Key Responsibilities 1. Frontend Architecture & Foundation Build the main UI shell (layouts, routing, navigation, global components) Structure a scalable frontend for multiple AI products Ensure consistent, clean UI/UX across different AI platforms 2. Build a Reusable UI Component Library Create reusable components Develop rich editors, analytics charts, and calendar widgets Ensure maintainable, well-documented component patterns 3. Product Dashboards Hiring dashboards ? i.e., jobs, candidates, assignments, evaluation insights Marketing dashboards ? i.e., campaigns, content plans, performance metrics, cost, actions Other AI platform dashboards 4. API & Integration Layer Create unified API clients, hooks, and integration utilities Manage error handling, caching, and state management Collaborate with backend & AI teams to integrate agentic workflows 5. Backend Engineering (Node.js or Python FastAPI) Design clean REST APIs Implement controllers, validation, and middleware Integrate with platform services (identity, notifications, agent runtime) 6. Authentication & Access Control Implement secure login + token management Role-based access control (RBAC Flow) (hiring manager, marketing manager, candidate) Organization-level multi-tenant access control 7. Engineering Ownership & Leadership Review code from junior developers Set coding standards & folder structure Drive clean architecture and maintainability Work closely with Founder & AI team to align on product requirements 8. DevOps & Deployment Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) Containerize apps with Docker Deploy to Cloud Run / Azure App Service Manage environment configurations and secrets 9.
