About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (7–10 years) who can contribute across both back-end and front-end development. This role is ideal for someone who has strong fundamentals in core Java, deep experience in Spring Boot microservices, and hands-on expertise in modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS or Angular. You should be comfortable working in a cloud-native environment and have solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, front-end and back-end engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing features.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based microservices built with Spring Boot.
Build scalable and maintainable cloud-native applications.
Develop responsive and interactive front-end applications using ReactJS or Angular.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code across both back-end and front-end layers.
Work with SQL(mssql), or NoSQL(mongoDB) databases to design efficient data structures and queries.
Collaborate with the team to improve architecture, performance, and code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimations, and design discussions.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Back-End Expertise

Strong proficiency in Core Java.
Deep experience with Spring Boot and micro-service architecture.
Exposure to cloud-native development (Any of these: AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and service-to-service communication.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
Strong debugging skills and ability to analyse slogs to identify critical issues in large‑scale production environments.
Fair knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Front-End Expertise

Strong experience in JavaScript and modern JS frameworks.
Proficiency in ReactJS or Angular.
Strong understanding of front-end design principles, state management, and responsive UI development.

General Requirements

7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a deep understanding of engineering best practices.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Additional Information

Good to Have

Experience in performance tuning and optimizing both UI and APIs.
Good know‑how of Jira or similar project management tools, Git ecosystem, and version control best practices.
Experience using tools like Datadog or equivalent for log analysis and monitoring.
