Work mode: On-site Work Hours : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Notice Period - Immediate Joiner (15-30 days) Experience: 4-5 yrs. Role Overview: As a Senior Level React.js Full Stack Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, championing customer success, collaborative problem-solving, and innovative thinking. Roles and Responsibilities: Design and develop captivating user interfaces and scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js for the front end and Python for the backend. Build RESTful APIs and microservices to support web applications. Experience with PostgreSQL, multi-tenant architectures, and Django applications is a plus and would add significant value to the role. Ensure responsiveness and usability of applications through front-end development using React.js, CSS, and HTML Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and solve complex software challenges, leveraging React.js components and libraries Write clean, reusable code following best practices and conduct thorough code reviews Implement state management solutions like Redux or Context API for efficient data flow in React.js applications Develop scalable and reusable UI components while contributing to or maintaining a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency. Strong expertise in Material-UI (MUI) or similar UI component libraries, including deep customization to align with design system requirements and enhance reusability. Continuously enhance application performance and scalability by identifying and addressing bottlenecks Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality software releases. Required Qualification: 4 to 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on React.js Experience with backend technologies such as Python is an added advantage Proficiency in building modern, responsive web applications using React.js, Material UI, CSS, and HTML Experience integrating React.js applications with backend services using RESTful APIs Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and state management in React.js applications Familiarity with UI/UX principles, design systems and design patterns for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces Knowledge of React.js best practices and performance optimization techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
