About the Role: ConcertIDC is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and any backend (Node js, .Net. Java) advanced knowledge in design patterns and architecture patterns. Must have good hands-on knowledge using AI tools codex tools and devops practices. The ideal candidate will architect and deliver scalable enterprise grade applications, integrate AI models into production systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build modern, intelligent digital solutions.? Key Responsibilities: ? Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Front end tech - React.js, Nextjs, and Backend - Node.js . ? Must have strong understanding of design patterns and scalable architecture ? Should have a good understanding in using AI codex tools in SDLC process, APIs. ? Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. ? Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. ? Work with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features. ? Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. ? Leverage cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployment and AI integration. ? Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions. ? Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. ? Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in AI and full-stack development. Required Skills: ? Strong hands-on front experience with React.js/Nextjs, Hooks, Redux, and modern UI frameworks and concepts. ? Advanced proficiency in backend technologies Node.js. ? Working experience AI models, AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Vertex, Azure AI), or custom model integration. ? Good understanding of LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, or NLP concepts (added advantage). ? Excellent knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript. ? Strong database skills ? SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. ? Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL (optional). ? Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. ? Solid understanding of version control (Git) and development best practices. Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience with AI-powered applications, chatbots, or automation workflows. ? Exposure to Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.? Soft Skills: ? Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking. ?
