Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to build and scale a high-performance AI/ML platform focused on workflow automation, model serving, data pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, analytics dashboards, and enterprise deployments. The role involves end-to-end ownership across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps, working closely with AI engineers, product managers, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture and Development:

Design and develop scalable microservices, APIs, and backend systems for model serving, vector operations, workflow orchestration, and data pipelines.

Develop modern frontend dashboards with real-time analytics, admin controls, and user management features.

Build modular and scalable services to support AI features such as RAG, embeddings, streaming inference, task queues, and evaluation engines.

End-to-End Ownership

Translate product requirements into scalable technical architecture and clean, maintainable code.

Lead complex feature development while ensuring high code quality, test coverage, and CI/CD best practices.

Optimize performance across services, databases, caching layers, and UI rendering.

Systems Integration

Integrate vector databases, LLM endpoints, Python ML microservices, authentication systems, event systems, and third-party APIs.

Build reliable communication layers between AI models, backend services, and frontend clients.

DevOps And Deployment

Manage cloud deployments on AWS or Azure.

Implement containerization, autoscaling, monitoring, and logging solutions.

Contribute to infrastructure automation using Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.

Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards.

Backend

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, or Python-based backend frameworks.

Experience building distributed systems, API gateways, streaming endpoints, or event-driven architectures.

Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

Exposure to vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant is a plus.

Frontend

Advanced experience with React and Next.js.

Strong skills in building dashboards, workflow builders, visual editors, and complex UI interactions.

Experience with WebSockets, server-side rendering, and performance optimization.

Cloud And DevOps

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working with cloud-native services on AWS or Azure.

Ability to automate deployments and implement secure DevOps practices.

Engineering Excellence

Strong understanding of system design, microservices architecture, API lifecycle, scalability, and reliability.

Excellent debugging, testing, and documentation practices.

Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in AI/ML platforms, data engineering, workflow automation, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with model serving, embeddings, fine-tuning workflows, and LLM integrations.
• Exposure to agent-based systems, message queues, background workers, and observability stacks.
• Knowledge of RBAC, multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, or SaaS platform engineering.
