Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) technologies, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications

Required Experience

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience in full-stack development with Angular and Java
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications

Technical Skills:

Front-End Development

• Angular (Expert level): Deep understanding of Angular framework, architecture patterns, and best practices
• State Management: Strong proficiency in NgRX for state management
• Reactive Programming: Expert knowledge of RxJS and reactive programming paradigms
• Testing: Expertise in writing unit and integration tests using Karma and Jasmine
• UI/UX Collaboration: Experience with Figma and ability to work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
• Component Architecture: Proven ability to build reusable, self-contained, and testable components and modules
• Strong understanding of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

Back-End Development (Java)

• Core Java: Strong expertise in Java 8+ (Lambdas, Streams, Functional Programming)
• Frameworks: Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• RESTful APIs: Design and implementation of RESTful web services
• Microservices Architecture: Experience building and deploying microservices
• Concurrency: Advanced knowledge of multithreading, concurrent programming, and non-blocking I/O
• Database: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Performance Optimization: Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and scalability
• Build Tools: Maven/Gradle for dependency management and build automation
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing frameworks

Additional Technical Skills

• Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
• Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus
• Design Patterns: Strong understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles

Key Responsibilities

Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular and Java
• Build reusable infrastructure components and create self-contained, testable modules
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Implement non-blocking, asynchronous code using advanced techniques including multithreading
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices

User-Centric Development

• Analyze end-user scenarios and business requirements to develop effective solutions
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate Figma designs into responsive, interactive applications
• Ensure applications provide excellent user experience and meet business objectives

Quality Assurance

• Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using Karma, Jasmine, and JUnit
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Document technical specifications and architectural decisions

Performance & Scalability

• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
• Implement caching strategies and performance monitoring
• Design systems that can handle high traffic and large data volumes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or commercial property management domain
• Exposure to modern front-end build tools (Webpack, npm, Angular CLI)
• Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
