Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a lead-senior developer to spearhead the development of our technology-enabled and fully managed digital platform solutions, designed to enhance audience engagement for mission-critical events. You'll be working on both front-end and back-end systems powering scalable web conferencing, broadcast-level solutions, and creative delivery platforms. Roughly 60% of the role involves cross-team coordination-working with product, operations, creative and event teams-while the remaining time is spent diving into architecture, implementation, testing and optimization. Core Tech Stack: TypeScript , React NestJS , MongoDB, Redis, AWS EC2, Nginx + Certbot, Docker, Nice-to-Have / Relevant Experience, ?C/C++ GStreamer, WebRTC (used in our platform), Grafana (or similar monitoring/telemetry tools), Key Responsibilities ?Design, develop and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern JS frameworks and cloud infrastructure. ?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and event-technology requirements into efficient, secure, maintainable solutions. Lead and conduct code reviews, testing, debugging-ensuring high-performance, reliable applications. Manage version control, deployments and environment integrations (Dev/QA/Prod) to guarantee smooth continuous delivery. Continuously optimize system functionality and user experience, propose improvements and drive best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering peers and more junior developers. Estimate tasks, manage client/internal stakeholder expectations and juggle multiple priorities effectively. Soft Skills ?Excellent communicator - able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders across product, creative, operations and event teams. Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in fast-moving, dynamic environments. Strong sense of ownership, initiative and willingness to try, iterate and learn from failure. Competent in estimation techniques, managing client expectations and multitasking under pressure.
