Role: Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN + Mobile)

Compensation: ₹12,00,000 – ₹13,00,000 LPA

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the REACT FULL stack and a heavy focus on mobile application development. We value candidates who have a "startup" mindset—those who are used to fast-paced environments, rapid prototyping, and taking ownership of projects from end-to-end.

Technical Requirements

• Web Stack: Strong proficiency in the REACT FULL STACK ( Express.js , React, Node.js).
• Database: Excellent command over PostgreSQL (Relational DB management).
• Mobile Development: Extensive experience in building and deploying high-performance mobile applications.
• AI Integration: Proven experience utilizing AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) to enhance development workflows or build AI-driven features.
• Track Record: Must have worked on at least 10+ completed projects (please provide a portfolio or GitHub link).

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in mobile and web development.
• Background: Candidates with prior experience in startups are highly encouraged to apply.
• Soft Skills: While we prioritize technical excellence, average communication skills are acceptable as long as you can collaborate effectively with the technical team.
