Senior Full Stack Developer (AI, Automation & Recruitment Technology)

Build the Future of Recruitment Technology
We're looking for an exceptional developer who wants to build products rather than websites.
You'll join a small, highly ambitious technology team building an AI-powered recruitment platform that will transform how recruiters, candidates and employers interact.
You'll work directly with our CTO and Founder to rapidly build new products, AI agents, automations and integrations.
This isn't a maintenance role.
You'll be shipping new features every week.

The Role
You'll work alongside our CTO to build the products that power our business.
Every week you'll be building something new.
Examples include:
- AI agents
- Salesforce applications
- n8n workflows

You'll spend far more time building products than attending meetings.

Essential
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript

Recruitment Technology Experience
Experience building technology for recruitment businesses is highly desirable.

Your Responsibilities
- Build new platform features
- Develop AI-powered products
- Create APIs and integrations
- Build n8n workflows
- Customise Salesforce
- Develop recruiter productivity tools
- Build internal dashboards
- Create reusable components
- Fix bugs quickly
- Optimise system performance
- Write clean, maintainable code
- Work closely with the CTO to deliver weekly releases

Working Arrangement
- Remote
- Pakistan / India preferred
- Minimum 40 hours per week

Compensation
- $15 USD per hour
- 40-50 hours per week
- Approximately $2,600-$3,250 per month
