About The Role We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong command of Python for backend development and is proficient in modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular). As a senior member of the team, you will not only contribute to high-quality code but also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and interacting with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Python on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend. Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment cycles. Client Interaction: Act as a technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed. Architecture: Collaborate with the team to design scalable and secure software architecture. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in full-stack software development. Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI). Frontend Skills: Solid experience with React.js OR Angular. Cloud Experience: Basic knowledge of GCP is required; exposure to AWS or Azure is a plus. DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git). Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have) Experience in a client-facing role or stakeholder management. Proven track record of people management or mentoring a small team. Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Soft Skills Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
