About The Team You will be joining a pivotal team at Eightfold responsible for our flagship Talent Acquisition (TA) product line, a major revenue generator that has been integral to our success from the start. Key outcomes for this team include: > Reducing time-to-hire for our customers. > Innovating and enhancing product capabilities, from new feature development to improving existing features' maturity and performance. > Integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI into our product architecture. > Building new product lines as needed to deliver a robust and comprehensive customer experience. What You Will Learn To Do Converting Product team requirements to modular, testable, and efficient code. Designing and implementing configurable, scalable applications to serve clients across domains. Integrating with third-party libraries and enhancing, modifying them to be used across the eightfold products. Grow and maintain the list of reusable components across applications. Improve page performance and integrate with different backend APIs across products. Our Frontend Stack React, Redux, Webpack (Major) JQuery, VanillaJS (Limited) HTML5, CSS3 (Limited) What We Need A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals 3-6 years of Hands-on experience in front-end development. Passionate about designing, building, launching, and maintaining products Cares about the details in the user experience Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor or similar, to accelerate coding workflows.
