Please find the job description below: Role: Lead Reactjs Developer Overall Experience: 8+ Yrs Preferable immediate joiners Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Architect & Lead the design, development, and evolution of large-scale, high-traffic React.js applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Define and enforce frontend engineering standards , including coding conventions, component libraries, state management, and testing practices. Own the technical roadmap for the React ecosystem ? including migration strategies (e.g., from legacy frameworks), adoption of modern tools (e.g., React Server Components, Vite, Remix), and integration with CI/CD. Champion design system principles and lead the creation/maintenance of a reusable, accessible, and themable component library (e.g., using Storybook, Figma, or custom solutions). Drive performance optimization across the entire frontend stack ? from bundle size reduction and lazy loading to hydration strategies and caching. Lead code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentoring for mid-level and junior developers; foster a culture of clean code and engineering rigor. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend teams, DevOps, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. Evaluate and integrate new technologies (e.g., Web Components, Micro Frontends, AI-assisted development) to improve developer productivity and product quality. Represent the frontend team in technical discussions, sprint planning, and architecture review boards. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with 5+ years specializing in React.js and modern frontend ecosystems . Proven experience leading end-to-end frontend development of enterprise-grade web applications (B2B or B2C) with high user engagement and performance demands. Deep expertise in: React (v18+), including Hooks, Context API, and advanced patterns (e.g., custom hooks, render props). State management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, or similar). Build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and package management (npm, yarn, pnpm). Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Responsive, accessible, and performant UI design. Experience with micro frontends (e.g., Module Federation, Single-SPA) and component-driven development . Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and deployment strategies (canary, blue-green). Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright). Experience with design systems , Storybook, Figma integration, and component documentation. Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs) and cross-team collaboration. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.
