This role goes beyond tech support its about platform-level troubleshooting for customized, business-critical workflows on ServiceNow. Think part developer, part detective, and part trusted advisor. ============================================================= Key Responsibilities: Resolve technical issues across web, chat, email, and calls. Debug ServiceNow platform issues using logs, dev tools, and performance checks. Collaborate with global teams to improve usability & performance. Troubleshoot UI/UX glitches and AJAX/API issues.
