Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer (React / Next.js + React Native)

Location: Pune

Experience: 4–7+ years

Role Overview

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will take ownership of key product interfaces across web and mobile. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build fast, scalable, and delightful user experiences. This is also a leadership role where you will mentor junior developers and help establish strong frontend engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and Next.js
Develop and enhance mobile app features using React Native
Translate product and design requirements into clean, reusable UI components
Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration and architecture
Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and guidance
Drive frontend best practices including component design, state management, and testing
Contribute to product discussions and help shape engineering decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in frontend development with strong React expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, routing, performance optimization)
Experience building production mobile apps using React Native
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, reusable design systems, and UI patterns
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.)
Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication flows, and integration best practices
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ownership mindset

Good to Have

Experience with app store deployments (Android/iOS)
Knowledge of TailwindCSS, Material UI, or modern component libraries
Exposure to analytics dashboards, travel/hospitality platforms, or SaaS products
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks
