What You?ll Do: Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our AI-driven platform. Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience. Establish best practices for UI development, ensuring high-quality code and design consistency across the platform. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and drive continuous improvements. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, implementing innovative solutions to enhance user interaction. Mentor junior UI engineers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the team. What We?re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in UI engineering or frontend development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Expertise in Angular (v12+) and GoJS and similar libraries.. Excellent HTML5, SCSS/Sass, responsive layout techniques. Good knowledge of Spartan NG , Tailwind CSS , or similar frameworks. Experience with animations (CSS, GSAP, Framer Motion), REST API integration, and dev tools. Familiarity with React is a plus.Experience building and publishing custom UI packages/libraries . Knowledge of Storybook, charting libraries (D3.js, Chart.js), and test frameworks. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
