About Fabriclore

Fabriclore is a VC-funded, technology-led B2B textile company headquartered in Jaipur, India. Founded in 2016, we've built a platform that connects fashion brands, designers, and manufacturers with India's rich and diverse fabric ecosystem.

We enable fashion businesses to source high-quality fabrics with unmatched flexibility—offering a full stack sourcing experience, low minimum order quantities, custom manufacturing, and reliable end-to-end fulfillment. We are digitizing a traditionally fragmented and opaque supply chain, with AI led automations to bring transparency, speed, and scale to fabric sourcing, globally.

At the intersection of textiles and technology, we're on a mission to make India's textile heritage accessible to the world while empowering suppliers across India. If you're excited about building at the crossroads of commerce, craft, and technology, we'd love to hear from you.

Fabriclore supplies to over 500 fashion brands/businesses across India and other international markets with a 200+ supplier network, managed by our teams across Jaipur, NCR, Surat, Mumbai etc.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Frappe Techno-Functional Analyst who blends deep business process understanding with technical expertise in the Frappe Framework and ERPNext. You'll partner with business stakeholders and developers to analyze requirements, architect solutions, implement enhancements, and drive ERP adoption across the organization.

Crucially, we want an AI-first solution architect—someone who uses modern AI tooling to shrink the gap between a business requirement and a working solution, and to reimagine what an ERP can do with intelligence built into its core.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Solution Design

  • Map end-to-end processes across Sales, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and Logistics.
  • Gather and document requirements (BRD/FRD) and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Configure ERPNext modules; design workflows, approvals, permissions, and forms.
  • Recommend best practices while minimizing unnecessary customization.

AI-Led Solution Architecting

  • Architect intelligent ERP solutions by integrating LLMs like Claude via MCP servers to connect ERPNext data and actions to AI reasoning.
  • Rapidly prototype intelligent applications with the UI/UX team—natural-language data querying, conversational interfaces, and intelligent document processing (POs, invoices, GRNs).
  • Build AI copilots and predictive analytics for forecasting, inventory optimization, and decision support using ERPNext Insights.
  • Establish best practices and governance for responsible AI use.

Implementation, Maintenance & Optimization

  • Lead implementation of new ERP modules and features.
  • Own the overall maintenance and upgrade of ERPNext—version upgrades, patches, and rollout across workflows with minimal disruption.
  • Drive process improvements and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Ensure system stability, usability, and operational efficiency.

Techno-Functional Coordination

  • Translate functional requirements into technical specs for developers and review customizations.
  • Manage sprint planning, requirement clarification, and solution validation.
  • Coordinate UAT, production deployment, and post-release support.

Data, Reporting & Adoption

  • Design dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reports; validate data quality and migration.
  • Conduct user training, prepare SOPs, and drive adoption—including new AI-powered features.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure ERP governance, audit readiness, and data privacy.
Required Skills

Functional & Technical

  • Strong grasp of ERPNext modules, business process mapping, workflow automation, and requirement gathering.
  • Solid understanding of Frappe Framework architecture, custom DocTypes, workflows, reports, and permissions.
  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience with ERPNext version upgrades, Git, and SDLC.

AI & Intelligent Systems

  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., Claude) into applications via MCP servers and tool calling.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and connecting AI to structured business data.
  • Ability to rapidly build and iterate on AI-powered prototypes.
  • Awareness of AI safety, data privacy, and cost governance.
  • Bonus: agent frameworks, vector databases, and workflow-automation platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership.
  • High ownership and a bias toward experimenting with emerging technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of ERP implementation experience, with 4–5 years hands-on in Frappe/ERPNext.
  • Demonstrated experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered solutions.
  • ERP experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Textile, Supply Chain (highly preferred).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
Why Join Fabriclore?
  • Opportunity to lead technology transformation in a fast-growing technology-enabled organization.
  • Work on challenging business problems across sourcing, inventory, logistics, finance, and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital solutions.
  • High ownership, learning opportunities, and a culture of innovation.
