We're expanding our engineering team in Indore and looking for a passionate Firmware Engineer to help build next-gen avionics systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize firmware for ESP32 and STM32 platforms aligned with product architecture and roadmap
• Design and execute firmware testing/validation plans to meet technical specifications
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve embedded systems performance and reliability
• Identify technical risks and schedule impacts while collaborating cross-functionally
• Contribute to firmware architecture, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate in Agile teams, maintain documentation in Confluence, manage code via GitHub, and participate in code reviews

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years hands-on experience in embedded firmware development
• Strong experience with STM32 (mandatory), ESP32 (preferred), NXP/nRF or similar platforms
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++
• Experience with RTOS, communication protocols, and hardware interfaces
• Understanding of safety-critical or avionics-grade development is highly preferred
• Familiarity with LVGL and DSP experience is a plus
