Job Description

Summary

The SFA is responsible for driving the BPA activities within the Functions BPA team. The individual will play a key role in driving financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting processes. This individual will provide critical insights to senior management to support strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data and create financial content for decision support

Budgeting And Forecasting

  • Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with US stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive budgets.

Reporting

  • Generate regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
  • Develop and maintain reporting packages/dashboards and KPIs to provide ongoing visibility into business performance.

Strategic Support

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities, including long-term financial planning

Collaboration

  • Work closely with FRA, US/HYD finance team’ and other teams to gather necessary financial information.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for review meetings with senior management

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements

  • MBA or Chartered Accountant
  • 5 years of experience in Business planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Financial Modeling.
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • String analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
