Senior Finance Manager Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Analyze financial results; provide insights on variance, trends, and risks. Present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership with actionable recommendations. 2. Financial Reporting Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Manage consolidation of financials across business units. 3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements. Optimize banking relationships, investments, and fund management. Forecast cash needs and support capital allocation decisions. 4. Compliance & Control Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, direct/indirect taxes, audits, and financial controls. Work closely with internal and external auditors. Strengthen internal control systems, SOPs, and financial risk mitigation processes. 5. Business Partnering Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain) to improve financial performance. Support management with financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario planning. Drive cost reduction initiatives and operational improvements. 6. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor finance team members to enhance performance and capabilities. Allocate responsibilities effectively and build a high-performing finance function. 7. Strategic Initiatives Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration processes if applicable. Lead financial systems improvements, automation, and ERP optimization. Key Requirements Education & Experience CA / MBA (Finance) / CPA preferred. 8?12+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A. Experience in managing a finance team and working closely with leadership. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, income tax, audits, and financial regulations. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Netsuite, etc.). Salary Range UP to 50000 K
