Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance & Accounting professional located in Bengaluru. The role involves financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and overseeing financial transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgets, performing financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also demands effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and a solid understanding of Finance principles
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and trends
• Proficiency in preparing accurate and timely Financial Reporting
• Excellent Communication skills to convey financial insights and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail in financial operations
• Experience with accounting tools and relevant technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are an advantage
