Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive – Purchase Coordination to support and streamline purchase operations by coordinating with the procurement team, vendors, and internal departments. The role focuses on documentation, tracking, reconciliation, and ensuring the smooth execution of purchase cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Coordination
- Coordinate with the procurement team for purchase requirements and order processing
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Follow up with vendors for dispatch, documentation, and delivery timelines
Documentation & MIS
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documents
- Prepare reports on order status, pending deliveries, and purchase data
- Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Invoice & Reconciliation
- Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders and GRNs
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice processing and payment follow-ups
- Perform sales and purchase reconciliation
Inventory & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team for stock updates and inward entries
- Ensure proper communication between procurement, stores, and accounts
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of purchase processes and documentation
- Knowledge of invoice verification and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in purchase coordination/accounts support
- Preferred: Experience in the Medical / Healthcare Industry
Location: Janakpuri, Delhi
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 INR
