To train all the operators about the machines,5S & Safety in his shift.

To monitor and review Manpower Productivity sq meter produce/person/month

To Run the machine at defined Cycle time in his shift.b) To increase machine availability rate in his shift.c) To eliminate Rework generation in process in his shift.
Ensuring safe operating practices are deployed as per SOPs in own area of operation in his shiftb) To provide awareness among employe for safety on shop floor in his shift.
