Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Executive to join our team in an on-site capacity at our facility in Rewari. The Senior Executive will oversee the efficient operation of their assigned department, manage processes to meet operational goals, and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising teams, ensuring timely project execution, optimizing workflows, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and collaborating across departments. The role will also require reporting on progress and maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in team management, leadership, and operational planning
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for process optimization and problem-solving
• Expertise in project execution, workflow management, and deadline adherence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams
• Proficiency in using process analysis tools and basic knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as robotic welding, CNC, and cutting methods
• Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in two-wheeler parts production
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a relevant technical field is preferred
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and safety compliance is an added advantage
