Job Purpose
The role is responsible for processing Management Accounts–related business transactions with accuracy, timeliness, and strong adherence to governance standards. The Senior Executive will work collaboratively as part of a global finance team, ensuring consistent and compliant accounting practices across regions.

The role is responsible for processing Management Accounts–related business transactions with accuracy, timeliness, and strong adherence to governance standards. The Senior Executive will work collaboratively as part of a global finance team, ensuring consistent and compliant accounting practices across regions.
Key Accountabilities Expense Management
- Accurately code and classify expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile and process credit card transactions, including verification of receipts and expense coding.
- Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepaids, corrections, and other expense adjustments.
- Perform periodic expense analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in expense processing.
- Accurately record and maintain fixed asset registers, including descriptions, costs, and depreciation details.
- Ensure correct capitalization of assets, determining useful lives and appropriate depreciation methods.
- Process asset disposals, including recognition of gains/losses and removal from asset records.
- Reconcile company bank statements to internal accounting records with accuracy and timeliness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal ledgers.
- Identify and correct errors such as unauthorized transactions, bank charges, or processing mistakes.
- Prepare and post required journal entries related to reconciliation adjustments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve reconciliation-related issues promptly.
- Commerce graduate or above, with 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance team.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Excellent reconciliation skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain numerical accuracy and consistency across all accounting tasks.
- Strong team player with an adaptive and supportive mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, thorough, and reliable in meeting deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to resolve queries and complete tasks efficiently.
