Job Description
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Identifying new business opportunities among existing clients
- Addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Managing and tracking key account metrics
- Working closely with the sales and operations teams to meet and exceed client expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in key account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
