Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing to lead end-to-end influencer campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with influencers, creator agencies, and brands, along with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. You'll be responsible for campaign planning, influencer sourcing, outreach, execution, reporting, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong database of nano, micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
- Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement, content style, and brand fit.
- Develop long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
Campaign Management
- Execute influencer campaigns from brief to reporting.
- Coordinate creator onboarding, negotiations, contracts, content approvals, and timelines.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and meet client objectives.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different categories.
Client & Internal Coordination
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable influencer strategies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and account management teams.
- Participate in campaign planning, ideation, and influencer recommendations.
- Support pitch decks and influencer proposals for prospective clients.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and insights.
- Identify learnings and optimization opportunities for future campaigns.
- Stay updated on platform trends, creator economy developments, and influencer best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and campaign reporting tools.
- Experience with influencer discovery platforms such as Qoruz, Winkl, One Impression, or similar is a plus.
