About the Role


Executive/ Senior Executive People & Culture: We are looking for a high-energy People & Culture - Executive to be the heartbeat of our office. This isn’t a back-office administrative role; it is a frontline position focused on human connection. You will own the candidate’s first impression and the employee’s daily motivation, ensuring our "Customer Delight" team feels supported, celebrated, and heard.


Responsibilities


1. Talent Acquisition & Selection

● Full-Cycle Sourcing: Manage job postings across all portals and conduct initial high-volume screenings with a heavy focus on communication skills and cultural alignment.

● The "Vision" Pitch: Conduct initial interviews and use multimedia (culture videos) to sell our vision to potential hires.

● Coordination: Manage the interview pipeline (Round 1 & 2), gather candidate feedback, and facilitate the final selection/rejection decision.

● The Offer: Draft and send offer emails, ensuring a professional and welcoming tone


2. The "Gold Standard" Onboarding

● Pre-Arrival: Own "Day Minus 1" communications via WhatsApp and email to build excitement.

● Day 1 Magic: Ensure the "Welcome Kit" (personalized notes, product, chocolates, and tech) is ready for a 10:00 AM handover by the Department Head.

● Integration: Facilitate the transition from candidate to team member, ensuring all initial office introductions are seamless.


3. Culture & Employee Engagement

● The Rituals: Execute "Fun Fridays," birthday celebrations, and work anniversaries.

● The Calendar: Plan and manage the festival celebration calendar and quarterly team outings (including "Thank You" note initiatives).

● Peak Performance Support (Sale Periods): You are the Chief Energy Officer—managing themed dress codes, evening snacks, and high-energy office decorations to keep morale high.


4. Employee Voice & Retention (Check-ins)

● New Joiner Pulse: Conduct group check-ins during training and 1-on-1 sessions at Day 15 and Week 12.

● Ongoing Advocacy: Perform quarterly check-ins for all confirmed employees to identify roadblocks early.

● The "SPOC": Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Customer Delight team for anything and everything related to their experience at HSPL.

● Exit Insights: Conduct professional exit interviews to provide data-driven feedback to leadership.


Candidate Profile: Who You Are

● The Hype-Person: You genuinely enjoy celebrating others and creating "wow" moments in the office.

● Detail-Oriented: You notice when a welcome note is missing or a new hire looks a bit lost on their first day.

● The Multi-Tasker: You can pivot from a serious interview to a high-energy team outing without losing steam.


Key Requirements:

● Experience: 2–4 years in Recruitment, Employee Engagement.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills (you will be the primary filter for our team's communication standards).

Attitude: A "no task is too small" mindset focused on the employee experience.
