Interface Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organization specializing in immunomodulators and immunity enhancement products, backed by over 26 years of industry expertise. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a competent, organized, and proactive HR professional who can support the company’s people management processes while contributing to the development of structured HR systems.

Position: Senior Executive – Human Resources

Location: New Delhi

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with management to develop, formalize, and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices, helping establish a structured HR framework aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding across different functions within the organization.
  • Coordinate sales team administrative processes, including tour plans, expense monitoring, and reimbursement management.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Address day-to-day HR queries and employee relations matters in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update employment records, HR documentation, and compliance-related files.
  • Ensure effective coordination between management, sales teams, finance, and administrative functions.

Financial & Administrative Skills:

  • Ability to review and track sales team expenses, travel claims, and reimbursement statements.
  • Basic understanding of payroll calculations, expense reconciliation, and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial record management for reporting and administrative support.

Preferred Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and HR administration.
  • Veterinary or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple HR and administrative responsibilities in a growing organization.
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a professional approach.
