Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage service desk operations, ensure SLA adherence, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong product knowledge, coordination with internal teams, and hands-on testing in both demo and live environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve service desk tickets through the support system in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and defined support timelines
  • Monitor and maintain Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by providing effective and professional support
  • Perform functional testing in demo and live environments to validate issues and fixes
  • Coordinate closely with the QA team for issue validation, testing, and release confirmation
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate guidance and resolutions to customers
  • Document issues, resolutions, and workflows clearly for future reference
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams with proper analysis and supporting details

Working Days Offs

  • Working Days: Saturday Sunday are mandatory working days
  • Weekly Offs: Any 2 rotational off days during weekdays (Monday–Friday)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Experience in service desk or customer support roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of SLA, CSAT, and support processes
  • Ability to work in both demo and production environments
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and QA processes
