Job Description
Mandate : Work from Office As a Senior Executive, you will be a key driver of operational excellence and customer satisfaction across Catalog and Onboarding functions. This role goes beyond execution?it requires leadership in process ownership, transformation, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver consistent business impact. Key Responsibilities Process Leadership: Own and enhance end-to-end Catalog and Onboarding workflows, ensuring SLA, TAT, and compliance goals are consistently achieved. Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization by creating, updating, and institutionalizing SOPs, ensuring scalability and consistency. Business Insights: Generate high-quality reports to track business performance across functions; leverage SQL and data analytics for troubleshooting and insights. Escalation & RCA Management: Act as the first point of escalation, resolve issues promptly, deliver root-cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions. Stakeholder Management: Partner with Operations, Engineering, Vendor Management, Sales, and OSP teams to resolve queries, streamline workflows, and align on business priorities. Capacity & Workforce Planning: Forecast queue volumes, manage bandwidth and infrastructure, optimize shifts, and drive cross-training programs. Capability Building: Develop and deliver training initiatives to upskill teams and strengthen process performance. Project Ownership: Lead and execute transformation projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. Flexibility & Mobility: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage multiple deadlines, and travel to vendor sites to drive alignment and process efficiency. Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL, reporting, and advanced MS Excel. Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and deliver results. Strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
