Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Executive – B2B Sales to drive partnerships with businesses such as corporates, HoReCa, offices, and institutional buyers. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through outbound efforts
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Drive bulk order deals and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply chain & logistics) for smooth execution
- Track, manage, and report sales pipeline and performance
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field sales + cold outreach
- Experience in FMCG/D2C/startups is a plus
- Self-driven and target-oriented
