About The Team
Piramal Pharma Limited (PPL) offers a portfolio of differentiated products and services through end-to-end manufacturing capabilities across 15 global facilities and a global distribution network in over 100 countries. PPL includes Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS), an integrated Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization; Piramal Critical Care (PCC), a Complex Hospital Generics business, and the India Consumer Healthcare business selling over-the-counter products.
PPS offers end-to-end development and manufacturing solutions through a globally integrated network of facilities across the drug life cycle to innovators and generic companies. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that bills are processed as per SOP with accurate accounting
- Frequently connect with the site stakeholders to resolve their queries
- End to end Suppliers reconciliations and resolving the unreconciled items.
- working on invoice queries and resolve them with collaboration with site.
- Open Advances follow-up with the site vendor and site supply chain.
- preparation of weekly payment plan of overdue/critical vendors
- tracking & clearing aged GRIR and Advances
- Vendor Ageing and other reporting requested from site to be provided on time
- Monthly tracking and follow up with concerned site team for settlement of advance
- Creditors Scrutiny and confirmation
- Cleaning and ledger scrutiny of vendors accounts
- other support required as per management expectations.
Qualification and Experience:
- B.Com + M.Com with 2-3 years’ experience in the Manufacturing Industry
