What you'll do:

We are looking for an experienced executive level associate with a background in Q-commerce or E-commerce to oversee accounts payable processes and vendor management. The role involves managing purchase orders (PO), goods receipt notes (GRN), invoice processing, and inventory reconciliation, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and maintaining smooth operations. As a Senior Finance Executive, you will:

• Handle end-to-end management of accounts payable processes, including invoice validation and payment processing.
• Handle vendor onboarding, managing vendor queries, and ensuring timely reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting month-end closing activities.

What you'll need :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a Q-commerce/E-commerce environment.
• Knowledge of 3 Way Matching : PO <> GRN <> Invoice
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Excel Skills
