Job Description

Responsibilities Monitor the Semtech Global NOC -30% Perform telecom nodes troubleshooting to assure high levels of stability, reliability, and availability of the Managed Connectivity services. ? 20% Diagnose end to end Managed Connectivity related issues. ? 20% Work with the Network Operations team and Application Support Engineers to ensure maximum uptime of the system. -20% Proactively work to refine documentation of systems/network, troubleshooting guides, policies, and procedures. ? 10% Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field 5-7 years of progressive experience Schedule flexibility with ability to work non-standard business hours. Background in telecom and networking products (MSC, HLR, VLR, PGW, Radius, DEA/STP, VPNs, Routers, Switches etc.) Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, nodes. Strong troubleshooting skills. A keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving. A dedication to customer satisfaction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work independently. Desired Qualifications Excellent documentation skills. Familiarity with various monitoring tools such as Kibana, Nagios, Graphite etc. will be an added advantage Knowledge on AI and ML usage in data analytics will be an added advantage
