Job Title: Senior Engineer ? Agentic AI / R2R / GL Coding (AR & AP Automation) About the Role We?re building next-gen agentic AI automation for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) ?including smart workflows, exception handling, and end-to-end accounting operations. We?re looking for an engineer who understands both accounting systems (R2R / GL) and AI-driven automation , and can translate business processes into scalable, production-grade implementations. If you?ve built or coded for Record-to-Report , General Ledger , or ERP financial modules , and you can collaborate with AI engineers to turn messy accounting flows into intelligent agents, you?ll fit right in. Responsibilities Design and implement automation logic for AR/AP workflows , R2R cycles, and GL operations. Work closely with AI/ML teams to integrate agentic AI components , LLM-driven orchestration, and workflow automation. Translate accounting rules and GL posting logic into code-level implementations. Build and optimize connectors for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.). Validate accounting outputs for accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. Work with product managers to define requirements, edge cases, and exception-handling logic. Troubleshoot and refine financial posting, reconciliation, and reporting pipelines. Required Skills 3?7 years experience in R2R, General Ledger coding, or ERP financial modules . Strong understanding of AR/AP processes, reconciliations, period close, and journal entries. Hands-on coding experience in Python, Java, or Node.js . Experience integrating automation or AI workflows (LLMs, RPA, or workflow engines). Solid understanding of data models for financial transactions , chart of accounts, and accounting rules. Ability to work cross-functionally with AI, product, and accounting teams. Nice to Have Experience building agentic AI systems, workflow orchestration, or LLM-based automation. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, NetSuite, or similar ERPs. Background in fintech, accounting automation, or intelligent document processing. Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
