Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Senior Relationship Manager with 6–8 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or private banking. The Sr RM will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, providing customized investment solutions, and ensuring superior client service to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients with focus on wealth creation and retention.
  • Understand client goals, risk appetite, and financial needs to recommend appropriate investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, Insurance, etc.).
  • Drive new client acquisition through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Ensure regular engagement with clients via reviews, portfolio updates, and

financial planning discussions.

  • Collaborate with product and research teams to deliver best-in-class

investment solutions.

  • Track market trends, investment performance, and regulatory updates to

proactively advise clients.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company guidelines.
  • Achieve revenue and AUM growth targets as per business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or

related field.

  • 6–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment

Advisory, or Financial Distribution.

  • Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.
  • Certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA (preferred but not mandatory).
