What we are looking for

We’re looking for a Senior Engagement Lead – Technology with a strong grasp of the pharma data ecosystem and proven experience delivering data-driven solutions. You should be fluent in key commercial datasets such as LAAD, DDD, Xponent, CRM, and OneKey, etc., and experienced in building data architectures on cloud platforms like Informatica, Reltio or Azure Databricks. You bring expertise in MDM, data warehousing, and cloud technologies, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions. You’re confident leading client discussions, guiding technical teams, and ensuring delivery excellence across complex data programs.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end development and delivery of data-centric projects across HCP, HCO, Payer, and Product MDM, data warehousing, and cloud engineering.
Utilize technical expertise in cloud, master data management, data warehousing, and data transformation to develop and test high-quality data solutions.
Document complex MDM solutions, including source to-target mappings, match-merge rules, survivorship rules, and MDM architecture design considerations
Mentor technical teams to maintain delivery excellence, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
Partner with business and technology leaders to elevate data governance, platform performance, and overall data maturity.

Must have

Engineering graduate with 7-8 + years of experience delivering enterprise MDM solutions in the pharma domain.
Strong expertise in MDM design and configuration across HCP, HCO, Payer, and Product domains using Informatica, Reltio or Azure Databricks.
Hands-on experience implementing match–merge rules, survivorship logic, base object configuration, workflows, and data quality checks across 3+ MDM implementations.
Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing, and SQL/Python-based development and testing.
Deep understanding of pharma datasets such as IQVIA (Xponent, DDD, LAAD), CRM, claims, SP/SD, and OneKey.
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure (preferred) or AWS, and familiarity with modern data architecture patterns.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills with a focus on quality and delivery excellence.
