Role Description The Senior Education Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves guiding students and working professionals in selecting suitable online and distance degree programs, based on their academic background, career goals, and eligibility. The Senior Education Associate will conduct detailed consultations, explain university options, fees, and course structures, and provide transparent information on accreditation and career outcomes. Daily responsibilities include managing student inquiries, maintaining accurate counseling records, coordinating with partner universities, and contributing to process improvements in counseling workflows. The role also requires mentoring junior team members, participating in outreach activities, and upholding Degree Drishti’s standards of ethical, unbiased educational guidance.
Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse learners.
• Proficiency in analytical skills and research to compare universities, programs, and career outcomes effectively.
• Background in education or counseling, with experience in curriculum development or understanding academic program structures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-facing environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or higher education advisory roles, preferably in online or distance learning.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for maintaining records and communication.
