Our client base is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Django Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Python and Django, as well as experience working with Rest APIs, unit testing, and design patterns. The candidate must be passionate about programming principles and best coding practices followed for Python and Django.? What you will be doing: ? Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code using best practices. ? Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. ? Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. ? Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability. ? Follow design patterns and programming principles for efficient and maintainable codebase. ? Perform code reviews and guide/mentor team members. Who we are looking for: ? 4+ years of excellent hands-on experience in Django rest framework with extensive knowledge on design patterns and related technologies. ? Practical knowledge and understanding of web development principles, including HTTP, REST, and related protocols. ? Strong fundamentals and adherence to industry standards for code quality & code convention. E.g. PEP 8, Google style guide, HackSoftware etc. ? Good hands-on experience in Relational Database such as Microsoft SQL Server and Postgres. ? Independently deliver and own features from requirement gathering to deployment in production. ? Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes. Strong unit testing and debugging skills. ? Proficient understanding of code versioning tools. Has experience of working in Agile & Kanban Environment. ? Fluency in English (written and oral). ? Comfortable working remotely with great communication skills for remote work environment. ?
