This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Director of Operations. The Senior Director of Operations will oversee and optimize operational processes, manage budgets, and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring operational and customer service teams, analyzing performance metrics, implementing strategic improvements, establishing operational standards, and coordinating cross-departmental initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

• Proven experience in Operations Management and process optimization
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data and drive data-based decisions
• Demonstrated expertise in Team Management, including leadership, mentoring, and fostering collaboration
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning for efficient resource allocation
• Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service and enhancing client satisfaction
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the event or seasonal lighting industry is a plus
