Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to own and drive all digital marketing efforts — planning and executing campaigns, building brand visibility, and generating qualified leads for the business.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

•  Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid ads (Google/Meta), LinkedIn, and email to generate qualified inbound leads

•  Own the social media calendar and content strategy to build brand visibility

•  Manage marketing budgets and ad spend across channels

•   Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign assets

•   Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy


Brand & Content

•  Drive consistent brand positioning and messaging across digital platforms

•  Oversee content creation (website, social, blogs, email) aligned with brand voice

•   Plan and support events and brand activation campaigns


Performance & Reporting

•   Track and report on key marketing metrics (CTR, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS)

•    Use analytics tools to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality

•    Present marketing performance and insights to leadership


Collaboration

•   Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads convert effectively

•    Coordinate with the Design Studio for creative assets and brand consistency

•     Identify partnership and co-marketing opportunities


Required Skills

•    Up to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a design agency, branding firm, IT services, or creative/professional services environment

•   Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms

•   Strong understanding of brand strategy and content marketing

•   Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and performance reporting

•   Excellent written communication and presentation skills

•   Self-motivated with a startup mindset


Preferred Qualifications

•   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

•    Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
