Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Marketing Associate role based in Coimbatore. The Senior Marketing Associate will manage and execute marketing strategies, lead digital marketing campaigns, conduct market analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts. They will ensure smooth project management, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to revenue growth by aligning marketing strategies with business objectives. Qualifications Lead and execute digital marketing activities Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (core requirement) Execute Advanced SEO : on-page, off-page, technical SEO, content optimisation Build marketing workflows and manage CRM & email campaigns Support content direction and brand messaging Coordinate website projects with the internal team Conduct SEO audits, competitor research, and market studies Consistently deliver measurable performance improvements Plus Appreciated: LinkedIn Ads Google Ads Landing page and CRO strategy Marketing automation workflows Requirements: 2?4+ years of digital marketing or growth experience Strong SEO background with proven, well-ranking results Portfolio of websites/pages showing ranking improvements is required Solid understanding of Meta Ads Ability to plan, execute, and manage projects independently Strong communication and analytical thinking Organised, proactive, and process-oriented Why Join Zerf Growth Solutions?
