Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a key role in modernizing and managing CI/CD pipelines , driving automation , and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable application delivery across environments. This role requires hands-on expertise in AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform, Docker , and monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace , along with familiarity in Hermes for configuration management and basic Java understanding to support microservice deployments. What You Will Do Lead efforts to modernize existing CI/CD pipelines and define new standardized delivery patterns for multiple software teams. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD (GitOps). Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for consistent and automated infrastructure provisioning. Configure and manage Helm charts and Kustomize for Kubernetes deployments. Collaborate closely with engineering, SRE, and software delivery teams to align infrastructure and deployment needs. Manage configuration and secret management via Hermes for secure and traceable environments. Integrate Splunk and Dynatrace for proactive monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization. Automate build, test, and release processes using Bash, Groovy, and Python scripting. Troubleshoot, optimize, and migrate existing pipelines to new frameworks. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and DevOps best practices throughout the deployment lifecycle. Participate in incident management and root cause analysis for CI/CD and production issues. Qualifications Required Skills: 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering. Proven expertise with AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform, and Docker. Experience with Git-based workflows using Git, GitHub, and GitLab. Strong scripting experience in Bash, Groovy, and Python. Practical understanding of Java, .NET, or Python application development. Hands-on experience with package managers (Maven, npm, or pip). Working knowledge of Hermes for configuration and secret management. Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for observability and troubleshooting. Deep understanding of environment configurations, networking, and deployment processes. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles (continuous integration, delivery, and deployment). Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
