Senior DevOps Engineer (8+ Years) : Pune

Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer , you will design, implement, and manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines across hybrid environments (on-prem data centres + AWS + Azure) . You?ll be the go-to person for Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability and infra security . What you?ll do Cloud & Infra Ownership Manage hybrid infrastructure ? physical data centres, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Route53) and Azure . Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation . Configure and operate Kubernetes/EKS clusters for high availability and scalability. CI/CD & Automation Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins & Bitbucket . Automate deployments, scaling, infra changes and routine operational tasks. Monitoring, Reliability & Incident Management Set up and maintain observability using Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana, OpenSearch . Perform root cause analysis for performance issues, scaling bottlenecks and high-utilization cases. Participate in on-call rotations , write incident post-mortems and drive corrective actions. Security & Compliance Manage SSL & code-signing certificates (issue, renew, deploy). Implement best practices for access control, password management and infra security . Support compliance and audit needs through documentation and monitoring. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Work closely with development, QA and operations teams to improve reliability. Maintain clear documentation in Confluence , track work in Jira , and mentor junior members. What we?re looking for 8+ year s in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineerin g .Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Route53 ) and Azur e .Solid experience with Ia C tools ? Terraform, Pulumi or CloudFormation .Proven experience with Kubernetes/EK S in production environments .Strong CI/C D experience (Jenkins, Bitbucket) .Good exposure to monitoring & observabilit y (Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana, OpenSearch) .Scripting skills in Python or TypeScrip t .Strong fundamentals in networking, Linux/Windows administratio n, and infrastructure troubleshooting .Experience managing SSL/code signing certificate s and adherence to security best practice s .
