About the Role : We are looking for a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer with over 8 years of experience to lead the development and customization of MS Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization (including Plugins, Workflows, and Integrations) and extensive experience with the Power Platform. You will also need a deep understanding of integration with Azure Services to drive impactful enterprise transformation projects. Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and customization of MS Dynamics 365 solutions (CE or F&O) based on business requirements. Develop custom Plugins, Workflows, and Integrations within the Dynamics 365 environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications, leveraging Azure Services. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices are followed during development. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and complex technical challenges. Stay updated with the latest trends in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies. Qualifications : Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer (CE or F&O). Technical Skills: Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate). Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 customization (Plugins, Workflows, Integrations). Deep knowledge of Azure Services and integration with Dynamics 365. Location: This role is based in Bangalore, India. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred. Required Skills : Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate). Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 customization (Plugins, Workflows, Integrations). Deep knowledge of Azure Services and integration with Dynamics 365. Preferred Skills : Experience with additional Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
