Senior Developer / Lead Developer (.net with AWS)

Role Description Position Title: Experience: 7?10 years Primary Skills: C#, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Core API, AWS Cloud (SQS, SNS, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS, ECR, EventBridge), MySQL, GIT Secondary Skills: React.js, Elasticsearch, SQL Kata, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core API, AWS cloud services, and MySQL , with a proven track record of building scalable, reliable, and secure systems. This role demands hands-on technical skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to mentor team members while ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture and coding standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and unit test enterprise-class applications. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings. Lead technical initiatives and streamline development processes for efficiency. Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to coding standards, design guidelines, and best practices. Develop and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and database performance. Integrate and utilize AWS services such as SQS, SNS, Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, ECS, ECR, Route 53, RDS, and DMS. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers. Support testing, deployment, and application monitoring activities. Continuously learn, experiment, and innovate to improve solutions. Required Knowledge & Experience Core Development: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and microservices-based architecture. Backend Expertise: C#, MVC, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Core API, MySQL (including database tuning and query optimization). AWS Cloud: Proficient with SQS, SNS, Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, ECS, ECR, Route 53, RDS, and DMS. Frontend Basics: Working knowledge of React.js. Nice to Have: Elasticsearch, SQL Kata, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline. Source Control: Proficient with GIT. Troubleshooting: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Skills & Abilities Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage complex tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on simple, effective solutions. Clear and concise communicator (written and verbal) who can explain technical concepts in plain language. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
