Job Title: Senior Developer (PHP/Drupal) Location: [Specify if Remote/On-site/Hybrid] Duration: Full-Time Salary: INR880,000 per annum Job Summary: The Senior Developer (PHP/Drupal) will be responsible for leading the development of new features, enhancing existing applications, and optimizing backend architectures. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional with strong experience in PHP, Drupal, and large-scale web application development. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: ????????Design, develop, and maintain backend and API-driven web applications using PHP and Drupal frameworks. ????????Develop new features and enhancements for existing applications while ensuring code quality and scalability. ????????Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code. ????????Build custom Drupal modules and REST APIs to support new product functionalities. ????????Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and QA teams to meet project goals and compliance standards. ????????Participate actively in code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve team collaboration. ????????Deploy new products, updates, and features in production environments. ????????Continuously optimize backend performance and contribute to architectural improvements. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: ????????Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field. ????????3?5 years of hands-on experience in PHP development. ????????Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Database Design, and XML Schema. ????????Experience developing with Drupal, including custom module creation and REST API integration. ????????Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies. ????????Experience with version control systems such as Git and project management tools like JIRA. ????????Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. General Skillset: ????????Excellent teamwork and communication skills. ????????Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ????????Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. ????????Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
