Job Description Job Title: Senior ETL Developer Overview This role is centered on designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL solutions that support our data integration and transformation needs. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with ETL frameworks and tools, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of data architecture and performance optimization. Experience with tools such as SSIS and Azure Data Factory is a plus. Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines to support data integration, transformation, and loading across systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ETL solutions. Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all ETL processes. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows, resolving performance and data issues. Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and system architecture. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in ETL development. Support data migration and modernization initiatives, including cloud-based data integration. Preferred Tools & Technologies Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms. Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL. Familiarity with cloud data services, especially within the Azure ecosystem. Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development. Proven experience designing and maintaining complex ETL workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
