Senior designer & project manager (lighting)

Job Description: Senior Designer (Immediate Joining)

We are looking for a Senior Designer with strong technical and execution skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in creating detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models, and managing projects from concept to execution.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings, layouts, and working plans
• Prepare accurate technical drawings for execution using AutoCad
• Produce 3D models and design development using 3D softwares
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and internal teams to align design requirements
• Assist in material and finish selection based on design intent
• Conduct site visits and make revisions as required
• Manage timelines and ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for on-site execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior/Product Design or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and 3D softwares
• Strong understanding of detailing, materials, and finishes
• Creative, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work efficiently in fast paced studio environment

Bonus Skills (Good to have)

• Background in lighting design is a strong plus

• Good understanding of lighting layouts, specifications, and technical detailing

• Comfortable handling client meetings independently

• Confident in presenting concepts and taking ownership of discussions
