Build and maintain data pipelines, cloud workflows, and DevOps processes. Present insights clearly through strong data visualizations. Manage and mentor the India-based data science team. Align execution with business priorities and ensure high-quality delivery. Solve complex analytical and technical problems with ownership and clarity. What Were Looking For 8+ years of hands-on Data Science experience. Strong programming skills in Python, RStudio, SQL. Experience with ML models, forecasting, statistical analysis. Exposure to LLM-based solutions. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Prior experience leading or managing a data/analytics team. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance system-level thinking with hands-on execution. Must reside within one-hour commute to Sloan, Gurugram.
